During checkout, after selecting the games you want to subscribe to, you can either connect your own Twitch account or receive a brand-new, permanent Twitch account from us — completely free.We run this Twitch account on our secure servers to watch eligible streams and automatically collect drops for you. All earned drops will appear in your Twitch Drops Inventory (https://www.twitch.tv/drops/inventory), ready to be claimed to your game account whenever you choose. If your game account is already linked from a previous session, drops will be redeemed automatically. No software to install. No PC left running overnight.

Yes, your account is safe. We use industry-standard secure authentication and never store your password. You can unlink access anytime. As mentioned in Question 1 of FAQ, we can also provide you with a brand new Twitch account for free, if you are doubtful of our service.

Drops appear in your game account as soon as you link the game account and claim them — typically within minutes. For subscriptions, we claim drops automatically on your behalf. One-time purchases are delivered instantly after payment.

We guarantee all drops for active campaigns at the time of purchase. If a campaign ends unexpectedly or technical issues prevent collection, we'll either extend your subscription or provide a full refund — no questions asked.

We currently accept Bitcoin, Litecoin, and PayPal. We're actively working on adding more payment methods in the future — stay tuned!
